Very clean park! It was nice to park on rocks and have a nice concrete patio and beautiful green grass (no dirt!). The large oaks are beautiful and the "Big Oak" is amazing! It is obvious the owners take pride in keeping this park immaculate. We enjoyed the shade. Great location with grocery store, Wal-Mart, lots of restaurants close by and easy access to I-10. Also excellent Wi-Fi and lots of cable stations. I give this park a 9 only because it doesn't have a swimming pool.

We enjoyed this park very much! The pull thru lots are spacious and level, and some have shade trees which is a bonus in Florida summers. The pool is huge and very clean. The hot tub is nice as well; however it broke while we were there, but maintenance came immediately. There is a nice lodge to gather with friends for games, etc. and a nice variety of books to read. The park is spotless and the folks are exceptionally nice and helpful. We REALLY enjoyed the cafe on site...great specials and delicious food! Grocery stores, etc. are within 5 miles. We plan to return to enjoy the other amenities (fitness center, canoeing, billiard room).

We stayed at this campground in 2008 overnight only and it was OK. However, this year we stayed for 8 nights and were very dissatisfied with many things. When it rains, the grounds are flooded (holes, mud, standing water). Also the staff was very rude. They failed to give us the Good Sam rate and it was a 45 min. ordeal to get reimbursed since they said they do not give refunds. We had reserved as Good Sam and also shown our card at check in so it was THEIR ERROR NOT OURS! They also charge extra for everything! Our family visiting had to pay every day just to come to our site! Visitors can't even use the pool! Also everyone has to wear colored wrist bands. We are easy going people who look for the good and there isn't anything good to say about this park!

It is obvious the owners of this campground have carefully planned and spared no expense on what has been completed so far, and what is currently under construction (the pools, game room and golf course). The sites are all paved and level and have nice lamp posts with site numbers. This park is spotless! I never use the bathhouse/ showers at campgrounds, but it was so nice and clean, I had to try it once! The Wi-Fi was like being at home, very fast. The clubhouse is beautiful, too. We enjoyed our stay and we look forward to many future visits!
